General Info

We depend on volunteers to help the tournament run smoothly!  We especially would appreciate anyone trained as a judge for design and engineering notebooks.  If you know someone who may be interested in volunteering to help, please contact event organizer Dr. Shari Hiltbrand

Doors will open at 7:45 AM. While we will do as much preparation for the event the day before, there are always last-minute items to attend to, so please plan to enter the venue no earlier than 7:45 am.

Before the day of the tournament, email is the best method of contact as we are educators who work with students all day. On tournament day, please contact Shari Hiltbrand via the provided cell number.
