Welcome to our REC Foundation Achieve Robotics Competition at Germantown High School for MIDDLE SCHOOL TEAMS! We are excited to welcome your team for a great day of competition, collaboration, and learning.

· Team interviews will be conducted in person during the event.
· Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally using the notebook submission link (TBD).
· Notebook submission deadline: October 23.
· Please review the schedule on the Agenda tab and plan to arrive in time for the Team Meeting and robot inspection.
This is a REC Foundation Achieve Robotics Competition Qualifying Event. Awards will be presented in accordance with the REC Foundation judging process and qualification criteria.

Judging format
Team interviews will be conducted in person during the event.
Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally prior to the competition using the following link:

The deadline to submit engineering notebooks is October 23. Late notebook submissions will not be considered for judged awards in accordance with the REC Foundation's judging policies.

Awards will be presented during the Awards Ceremony following the completion of competition matches. All judged awards will be determined in accordance with the current REC Foundation Judging Guide and award criteria.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the Event Partner. No refunds will be provided for team withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather-related travel decisions made by individual teams, or any other circumstances outside the control of the Event Partner.
