This is our end of season tournament for RECF Robotics and we look forward to hosting you in our qualifying event. This event will have spots qualifying for the regional event that qualified for RECF Robotics Worlds in St Louis.
Payment is due within 2 weeks of registration or before the tournament, whichever is first. Contact us for direct pay options.

Judging format
Our plan is to have judged awards with physical notebooks being turned in the day of the event.

Emergency information
We are in Indiana where we do not typically allow weather to stop us but if there is a "state of emergency" and have to cancel or postpone the event, we will communicate with the email contacts on file. If we cancel, which has never happened in our more the 25 tournaments we have hosted, we will credit your registration fee to your choice of future tournaments that we host.
Refund policy
If you withdrawal, there will be no refund or credit but if we are forced to cancel the event, your organization will be credited for a future event of your choice that we host.
