All events will take place in the Holy Spirit Dining Commons. Each team will have a table in the Dining Commons to serve as their pit. Teams are welcome to bring snacks but please make sure your area is clean when you leave for the evening.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the event partner cancels the team will be refunded their total minus the $5 fee for robotevents.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Once the first leage night begins no refunds will be offered to teams.
