SC - The Clover Clash (Achieve)

Welcome to Clover Middle School's Inaugural Middle/High School Tournament.  The finalized agenda and details will be emailed to coaches the week before the event.  Please feel free to email virginia.mayberry@clover.k12.sc.us for any questions or concerns.

Concessions will be for sale. Cash and Card taken by CMS.

Food Trucks will be parked in front of the school for lunch and breakfast. More information to come.

Friday:

4:00-6:00 pm    Field Set up Optional Practice 

Saturday:

7:30 am Doors Open

7:45 Inspections Begin

8:00 Welcome & Solo Matches/ Intro

8:15- 9:30 Solo Matches on 3 Fields

9:30 Explanation of Tournament flow

9:45- 3:00 Qualifying Matches

11:30 Lunch (tournament will continue through lunch)

3:15 Explanation of Alliance/Selection

3:30 Tournament

6:00 Awards

Practice Field will be in the Cafeteria

Practice Field will serve as a solo match field once qualifying matches begin.

Notebooks must be uploaded properly before Noon on Wednesday, before the event. 

Notebooks will be judged the week of the event remotely.

In-person interviews will take place on the morning of the event. All teams will need to make sure they meet with a judging team by 2:00pm.

No refunds will be issued for this event.  

If bad weather forces us to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate all teams.
