Community School of Naples is delighted to host the robot game TIER TAKEOVER!

Registration opens at 7:45am when doors open.  Teams running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.

Participation Legal Release form for all participants must be uploaded to recfevents.org prior to arrival

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found on the "My Teams" page.  All electronic notebooks must be received before 12 Noon, Thursday, December 10th (12/10/2026, 12pm). 

In Person Team Interviews:  Team judged interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event. Every team gets an interview!  Prepare your team by looking over these: Sample Questions.  All teams will be asked the same (3-5) questions for the initial interview. Interviews will last no more than 12 minutes giving every team equal access to the judges.

By December hurricane season is over, however, in case of severe weather, we will attempt to reschedule.
If that is not possible for our venue host, CSN, or if not possible for you team, your registrations will be refunded (less a $5 processing fee).

Weather notices or information about a possible cancellation will be posted here on robotevents.com!  Please inform your team and parents to check here for official updates from the Community School of Naples.

Make sure your team contact information is up-to-date in recfevents.org in the event we need to contact your team.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue refunds.

Payment Deadline is whichever comes first:

• within two weeks of registering your team(s) or
• by the payment deadline

Unpaid teams may be placed on the waitlist to make room for other teams.
